The Annual General Meeting 2020 of BW LPG Limited (“BW LPG”, the “Company”, OSE ticker code: “BWLPG”) was held on 20 May 2020. All proposed resolutions were resolved.

As set out in the minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2020 of BW LPG, appointments of Ms. Sonali Chandmal and Mr. Andrew E. Wolff as new members of the Board of Directors, were approved.
Mr. Andreas Beroutsos and Mr. John Harrison have stepped down from the Board. In addition, Mr. Anders Onarheim has also stepped down from the Board of Directors as he has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer of BW LPG.
Consequent upon Mr. John Harrison and Mr. Anders Onarheim’s resignation from the Board of Directors, they will cease to be members of the Audit Committee. Thus, Ms. Anne Grethe Dalane and Ms. Sonali Chandmal were appointed as new members of the Audit Committee.
Furthermore, the appointment of Mr. Andreas Sohmen-Pao as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee replacing Ms. Anne Grethe Dalane, was approved. Board Member Ms. Martha Kold Bakkevig will remain as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Bjarte Bøe and Ms. Elaine Yew Wen Suen were appointed as new members of the Nomination Committee replacing Mr. Ronny Langeland and Mr. Thomas Wamberg. Board Member Mr. Andreas Sohmen-Pao will remain as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
