Pursuant to the 2015 Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP 2015) for its top management, BW LPG issues shares to its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) — Martin Ackermann, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) — Elaine Ong, and Senior Vice President for Technical and Operations — Pontus Berg. The issuance of shares relates to the Company’s share performance under its shares incentive scheme for the year 2015, with deferred shares being issued at the start of 2017 and 2018 respectively. The shares issued on 2 January 2018 are priced at NOK 38.25 and make up the final issuance of shares under LTIP 2015.
