Summary
We thank DNB for inviting us to join the DNB’s Energy & Shipping Conference in Oslo.
Our CEO, Kristian Sørensen participated in the LPG panel discussing the market and outlook with fellow LPG leaders. The common view of the VLGC market outlook remains strong, with good visibility on newbuilding deliveries over the next 18 months and significant LPG export capacity expansion coming onstream in the US and Middle East through 2028, setting the stage for continued export growth.
With an integrated business model, we demonstrate our ability to navigate the market cycles and capture profit across the LPG value chain, mitigating exposure to fluctuations in VLGC rates by providing additional diversified revenue streams, as proven by our trading division, BW Product Services.
Meanwhile, we keep a close watch on evolving geopolitical and regulatory developments and will take measures, if necessary, to optimize our company position by using our size and commercial platform.
